Madre de Agua (Trichantera gigantean Nees) is forage and considered a Multiple Purpose Tree Species used for ruminants poultry animals with good potential source of protein contain amino acid. Few studies were conducted in terms the agronomic characteristics prior to utilization as feeds most mainly feed monogastric animals. The study intends produce data planted produces shaded portion upland area BPSU Abucay Campus, Abucay, Bataan. following parameters gathered; Plant Height, Leaf Stem Ratio, Herbage Yield, Dry Matter Yield Soil Analysis. Moreover, baseline used: an elevation 141.1 feet above sea level average rainfall 296.45mm temperature ranges from 26oC 30oC during duration study. Fertilizer requirements are based on result BSWM soil analysis (30g/tree ammonium phosphate, 169g/tree Urea, 4kg/tree organic fertilizer) applied after transplanting adequate irrigation. was carried out using systematic random sampling plants. conditions showed that plant height De 110.50 cm, Ratio 65.82%/34.18% per plant, herbage yield 556.50 grams dry matter (oven dry) 87.57% plant. established production will be utilized provide continuous small other species future research animal production.
